Our Products

Global Goods carries fine silver jewelry, unusual purses, scarves, and unique items. Our jewelry is 92.5 sterling silver designed and created in small family businesses primarily from Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, and India. We have a range of gemstones and all silver as necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, pins, and pendants. Non-silver jewelry includes pearls, beads, bone carvings, wooden items, and unique indigenous pieces. Our purses and pocketbooks come from around the world in many designs and styles, formal, ethnic, funky, and elegant. Our scarves and wraps also come from around the world and are made of silks, alpaca, cottons, wools, Pashmina, and rayon. We have many unusual, European styled as well as traditional warm and wooly scarves in a gorgeous array of colors. Other items include children’s toys, home goods, spa products, folk art animals, small pottery items, weavings, and many more unique global gifts.

We buy regularly from Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, Peru, Vietnam, Guatemala, New Zealand, Ecuador, Tanzania, Uganda.  My Kiwi husband Alan and dear friends Linda Koskinen and Barbara Seura often accompany me on buying trips. We seek out small cooperatives, family-based businesses, and the artists themselves, forming global friendships that connect us as families and friends. Generally we are able to see where and how the items are made, feeling comfortable that we are in a fair trade relationship. We also love to travel to new places discovering delightful treasures to buy and making more global connections and the world a better place.
